Well, I really thought that I would be on here more often. I have found that it is hard to do anything on the computer when Baby of Dreams is awake and when she is sleeping I am either doing household tasks or sleeping myself.
Tonight Baby of Dreams swallowed her first office product (that I know of). A small plastic
covered, blue paperclip. This was her first swallowing of a foreign object so I panicked a bit. I rushed her upstairs to where the Husband was sleeping, to see if he could see it hiding in her mouth, he couldn't. He wasn't extremely worried, but I went downstairs and called the on-call doctor anyway. He wasn't too worried either, so then I calmed down. Now we begin the fun task of watching for the devious, blue paperclip to make it's appearance again. Baby of Dreams seems to be handling it all very well.

Ha! That's funny. Doesn't sound like too fun of a job looking for it though :) My kids never swallowed anything, so I have no experience in that area, "She" sure is a little goer, and so cute, It had been so long since we'd seen her and she really gets where she wants to now.
The first is always scary. It wasn't the first, but the worst one Alexia ever did was bite off the little bulb of a Christmas tree light. I about flipped! She didn't even seem to care that her tongue was bleeding from the glass cutting her!
Good luck with that! We keep waiting for Tanner to swallow a penny or a marble, both of which he's facinated with - we watch him, but he finds things in the darndest places!
